Too expensive 😪! I did a $1 promotional month in Oct and then in May got two $14 charges and another $14 charge in June. I emailed the advertising dept and was able to receive the $42 refund however in July I was charged another $14. Upon calling I was met with a rude individual who refused to acknowledge that I made an attempt to cancel these charges because I didn't have a confirmation number. Which I was never given. I just want the payment to end! I AM ON A FIXED INCOME! I can barely eat.

In the years I've had this app, it's been buggy, the customer service department has been routinely unhelpful, and their billing practices make no sense. Now you have to pay extra just to use an app - even if you have a digital subscription. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this app.

The App does not have all the stories and it is difficult to navigate to what you are looking for. I find I get more current news from Sanatoga post than this app. Also next to impossible to find the paper from the day before in it.

I was getting the paper but it's not worth it,so I asked if I could just get it on my phone, useless and I'm paying for it! If all I want is to see the obituary section,so what,I'm still paying for it! I can't even see that!

Before with the old App I could look up my local news easily. I can not do that anymore and do not like that the worlds news is whats more important than my local news. Its set up is horrible. Should have just left well enough alone.

Closes all the time, never ever had app that does that. Also news is never updated usually 6-9 days minimum old. Why bother even making or having this app. Stupid. Always been this way so I don't expect any change. Three words. WORST APP EVER!!! Now they making you pay$30 a year!!!! I thought this was a free app as advertised ???????????... Why in the world would anyone pay for this crap?
