Mediocre and buggy. I really want to like this. I really need to like this. But there are usability issues with the Android app that compound the usability issues with the underlying service. It seems many issues have gone uncorrected. Too many missing features. Hoping for improvement.

App is pretty well done. Would be great to have some additional features such as automatic call logging from mobile phone based on the incoming number which could automatically bring a screen up to enter a note. Also instead of widgets for Android would be nice. Specifically a widget for tasks

Almost perfect. I would go 4.75 stars. It's so intuitive and easy to use that there is almost no learning curve to adopt. The app is slick too. Also they are always pushing to improve and actually listen to feedback. It's my 3rd CRM, and my last!

I haven't found anything that the app can't do for my practice. I don't need to use the app often, but it's almost flawless when I do.

This app does a good job syncing, but as a phone app, it could be better. If a meeting or task is scheduled, you're not notified on the app that something must be done. Very frustrating and hopefully something that is addressed in future updates.

Props for finally getting us Android users a fully functional app that mostly does everything the desktop app does. I've been using it and it's been working fast and easy. Better late than never. Thanks guys!

Awesome tool for my financial services practice. Switched from Hubspot. Not five stars because it could use more integration, such as email marketing, booking system, and SMS sending. But other than that it is awesome!

Fully functional mobile app. Able to take notes right after client meetings or put in tasks on the road. Edit: two and a half years into using Wealthbox and I totally love it and the app. It is way better than the crm my old big box firm used.
