I would have given you guys five star but then again I've been having issues with the app for some time now & no customer care to communicate with except Zidi have lost more than 3k in that App due to you peoples negligence, Please you guys should work more on the App. Thank you.

A very terrible app with even more terrible customer service via their WhatsApp numbers. I funded the app from my Raven app and the funds never reflected in my sub and gain account even though bank receipt confirmed the transaction as successful. NEVER transfer huge some of money to your sub n gain account to avoid loss of money. The app is not safe!!

I think the app is okay. You buy data at a very cheaper rate and the customer care is most times available to resolve issues. But some issue with the app, is sometimes buying data from network like 9mobile, Glo is not always concluded. This always happened for this particular networks. I will be alerted that it is been processed but it will not be received by my customer and also the issue of network downtime in which you can not buy data in that moment

What I'm used to seeing on the app most times is order not processed after funding my account and sad thing is that it happens for some couple of days 😔.

I've been using the app for some months now and I decided to leave a review today. It's the best app so far. Even when there's network problem or wallet funding challenge. They communicate with their customers on all platforms and find solutions as soon as possible. I just love how they relate with their customers apart from their excellent services. Kudos to subandgain.

Updates on apps are suppose to smoothen or make better,the experience when using the app,well,the recent update is totaly the opposite. Why do i need to use the webpage,in carrying out operations when i have the app. And for you to even refer me to the Web page incase the problem persist, means you're aware of the problem. Fix it!!!!

Worse app you'll find on the internet,. Everytime I try to purchase data I get an error message; unable to process order. There customer care service is something no man would want to experience, "They are always right.

I started enjoying the app but discovered later that apk don't deliver transactions always. The customer care service is terrible and does not really care if a customer looses through it app. I lost about 700 and all the cutomer care person could say was it was a succesful transaction... After insist the subscribed data did not deliver, he ignored me. This is very very bad
