I learned about this app through a MHM event in December. I found that by watching the videos or listening to the podcasts, they have really helped me in my own recovery. There are all different topics discussed from real people living their real recovery. I look forward to hearing new messages and stories from people that have experienced the struggle and come up. It's hard to stay clean but I think MHM has the right idea with the guidance and education they can share with everyone! ❤️
