Constantly having to put in a code from your email sucks. It took me a while to be able to sign in with a password. I bought nearly every game for Osmo and struggled to get it all setup on a Fire Tablet in kids unlimited. The combination of Amazon and Osmo software is awful. There should be one Osmo app and you can play games from there rather than 40+ app icons to choose from. The interface coding should have a bugger budget. Plus the free gift QR won't scan.

App continues to close while trying to use. As others have stated, this does not work on newer versions of Android. I do not have an old version, so I am unable to confirm which version it does work on. Android Version 14.

Edit: added 2 stars once I was able to get all the apps added to the dashboard. Would still like someway to add relevant content like the weeks spelling list from school. Not very helpful so far. I'm not sure it's worth the space it takes up. Seems like knowing the actual words my kid spelled or even being able to add specific words that are on his spelling list would make it more helpful.

The apps aren't updated and most don't work on later versions of Android. I advise checking app compatibility before purchasing expensive hardware. The package is good when working but waste of space if they don't maintain.

Unfortunately, our OSMO has been a waste of money & waste of time to try to set up. The hype from marketing was not consistent with the reality of a device & reflector (?) system that does just... not... work... The package "presents" as super easy - scan a QR & get going. But, the reality is you feel like an idiot when nothing really works. We were missing parts. When we went online to order the "spacer," we were sent another reflector & the monotonous insanity began again...

Seems like great gift for kids however the set up is frustrating, annoying, you have to swit3cg back and forth between registering through one website, then again on parental app, half the stuff doesnt work. Each game the genius set come with you have to download and load the game onto the app, which btw if you have android NONE of the games actually exist to download. Spent 3hrs trying to figure out how this stupid system works and still no luck! Returning back to store tomorow. What a waste

It's nice that I can see what they were working on. The store only shows ipad options and we have a fire. It would be nice if the store showed what add ons we can get to play different games and not repeats of what we already have too. I also wish it was easier to figure out what games we can play with the items we have.

Overall good product, but lacks multilingual support, and bugs don't get fixed. Also, their so callled deals/rebates need to be re-evaluated. Once in a while you get an email with X% rebate... for the next 6 hours. What a joke.
