This WiFi make me stresfully, every single time when I trying to connect I have to enter password. Disconnected without my consent. And the internet connection is really bad when I really really need it, can't even search on google. It wasting my time and my money. I have to use my mobile data at home? When I got a WiFi?

The app keep on shut down every time I open, cannot connect to the server. It takes 42 minutes to connect. What a wasting time using this app.. Even when I stay at sentral telkom office.

Useless app .... Just installed, buy voucher.... And connecting forever... Then connection failed, try again? Of course try again, it's my money. But seems I've been being robbed by this app. My voucher is gone, never get connected. Nothing. Trash app, trash team. You're lucky this is Indonesia, otherwise I can sue your company. Already paid 20.000 for the voucher but it doesn't even work, i even already get the conformation and username but when i tried to activate it it always said that "Failed backend error" if you say something like "too far from router" or anything else, dude i im in the telkom university area

This app is not work for my phone, when i try to login wifi.id via my phone. It say authentication failed. Even i have put correct username and password. Very very useless
