Great for companies NOT for employees. This application is great for companies who want to up morale by granting points that can be cashed in at any time as a thank you to their employee. However, word of WARNING: the employee that earned those points is not protected if they are not cashed in days before leaving the current company. The company is given the right to cancel the account and own nothing to the employee. So, yes this is great for morale as long as you're a decent company.

Won't let me award points to coworkers, just gives a blank screen. Is difficult to navigate, the back button brings me back to my profile while trying to look at redemption items. And it lags alot. My reward hasn't been shipped yet so I don't know if there are issues there, however I had put to have the confirmation email sent to my personal email and it was only sent to my work email. And I am constantly spammed with notifications to the point of distracting me at work.

Well.. After updating it, I can no longer open the app at all.. This app is difficult to use at best when It did work. Now it just keeps telling me to update the app, even though I just updated it and there are no updates available.

Do app support " redeem points" feature ? Currently i'm trying redeem points through app, it is all blank page after we click the redeem points from 3 horizontol lines area or clicking on the points number shown at the top left corner... question is does the app support this feature? Or should i do this in browser version .

Completely worthless app. Obviously my company didn't research it very well before telling employees to use it. Service awards don't show up, cannot redeem. Cannot search products to redeem points. Cannot reward others, app won't let you select award level. Garbage app.
