Horrible!!Would give it ZERO stars if that was an option.Paid in person at the kiosk in New Orleans.Started a new session on the app(you can't add to an existing session that was paid in person).It actually overlapped the original session by 30 mins.We headed back to the car with time to spare to find 2 boots on my car!!The charge was $165 to get them taken off! I called to dispute and waited 20 mins. for an employee to show up, had to prove I paid on the app to get them taken off- no charge.

Pretty embarrassing. No current timer, just a list of all the times you've parked before? Marked in green even though the parking expired days ago. Please explain how that is useful... It could be if you could select the previously used lot and start a parking session there again. But you can't. At least I can select an old parking session to see the lot code, right? No, of course you can't. If I have an option to use a different app I will. What a waste of everyone's time.

When I first used this app it was awsome; I only paid for the time I was parking, not the whole day (which is the flat rate) It does not work most of the time. It keeps saying - "Oops we did not catch that please try again" or "No internet or wifi when my device clearly have a connection. It's really stressful when you are at a gate with cars right behind you waiting to enter but this app just does not work. I had to pay a full day price fee for parking when I was only there for 4 hours.

We used this app to pay for parking tonight. I set a reminder for 15 minutes prior to expiry. I didn't get a reminder and got to the car 15 minutes late with a ticket. I feel like it should be on the app to notify you when selecting a reminder option if you have notifications disabled for the app and whether you would like to enable them or not. I know other apps do this.

Terrible experience with this company. Got charged because an old TURO I used was still associated with my account and the customer service rep was understanding at the time and assured me a refund would be issued. 2 months later and still no refund. Tried calling again and emailed a couple times with no response. Won't be using them again.

Decent app... but terrible customer service!!! Be careful in the app with payment confirmation. Can easily double confirm parking same vehicle in same lot at same time on same day and get DOUBLE CHARGED. Customer service does NOT answer the phone, does NOT read emails, and does NOT respond to voucemails. In this instance you will need to contact your credit card issuer to obtain a refund since ZipBy is NOT willing to help customers or fix the app to prevent such double charges.

Wouldn't let me update the license plate number after it added my "other" response to my vehicle type. No reason to have the vehicle type if my license is right. Never heard 15 minutes before my parking expired either to extend it. Luckily we were already out of the parking structure. But got a ticket. Do not park in lots using this parking payment gateway, it's just a scam to pull more money out of unsuspecting parkers.

Just down loaded this app to pay for parking today as appeared to be the only option in the lot I was in. When asked I tapped 15 minute notification desired as I knew I would be in a situation where I would not be thinking about my parking expiring. Long story short it did NOT notify me that the parking was expiring and I got a $69 ticket. Do NOT trust this app to notify you of impending parking time expiration.
