The app keeps crashing. I've reinstalled it so many times.

This is a better app than the last one. However, when you are looking up classes it only shows you classes for one club at a time. The app needs to be updated to show classes in multiple clubs and allow the user to filter out classes in a certain neighborhood. For example if you are looking for classes in a certain Borough in New York, the user should be allowed to filter to show results for Queens, Brooklyn, Etc. Please update this.

Love the new app, however when I apply other locations for the classes I end up having to add it again everytime vs the old app when once I added I didn't have to add it again. I normally go to two locations based on the classes. On occasion I'll go to a third like this week when the holiday altered my routine. It's just more convenient to it once. If and when it's fixed I'll gladly change the stars to 5.

All the trainers are fren friendly they work well with you they show you the areas where you needed to work on

I use the email that I have with my membership but cannot create an account. Since I haven't logged in, they don't recognize my email so they can't send the invite for password setup. Yet if I don't set up my password, I can't log in.

App keeps crashing every time I try to open it or view classes. I cleared the cache but the app had bug so it just continues to crash. Going to uninstall and reinstall next.

the entire point of the app is to scan my barcode. please make the barcode the most important feature, i.e., make it front and center, obvious, large, etc.

An excellent app!! Makes going to the gym really a pleasure. It is so easy to schedule a class. Only wish I could add the class schedule to my Google calendar
