There is need to fix one issue especially when the call is in progress then navigate away from the call then try to go back for you to see the call screen again it's not happening unless you cut the cal then make the again that's when the call screen will show

Am currently using pop 5 because I have no other options, and am so disappointed, it's the worst phone I have ever used. Very slow internet, has too many issues that am yet to discover. I can't wait to get out of this damn situation and go get something better like Samsung

This new UI is amazing but only to look at (if you're lucky enough). This is because the update has made the app completely unusable. It sometimes fails to start on the first launch, 'Me' section is not accessible, pictures are not loading, interactions are completely disabled. Nothing is working. I'm sticking to the website for now.😞

Dear Tecno, I have to say a great job with the Tecno spark 7p, it really does the job well...a strong phone with a good camera setup. But where it drops point is in the audio recording sector. I know for sure this isn't a hardware problem becuz I have friends who use the same product and have the same issue. So please Tecno try and fix this problem with the next software update. Thank you

It use to be a good app that creates awareness about Tecno products and services, until i update it yesterday june 30, 2021 and, i started experiencing problems using it. First, it keeps logging me out, and, now it won't sign me in saying 'Failed Sign in' The developer should do something to it with immediate effect. I will increase the star ⭐ when am able to sign in again without problem. It's working now. Though, i had to reset my password!
