STILL BROKEN - TIME RUNNING OUT This tool is completely wrong on numbers. I removed it, reinstalled. The website shows 32 sales, app says 18. Website has our 6 ticket types.Yes i have the Filters chosen correctly. App has 6 other types in addition that we never made! Where are those from? When our event arrives, if this thing fails to work right, we are seriously screwed! You need to fix this NOW.

Their payment system is very faulty. I had to stop using Universe because my customers kept complaining. Ultimately, one of them was charged twice, due to the terrible checkout process. Universe blaimed me for that and withheld $15 from my account for the chargeback. Their customer service is extremely slow and worthless. They never answer questions, and always just copy and paste some written statements that make no sense. Stay away!

Doesn't work on pixel apparently. There's no place that lists my tickets, every screen is blank including the dashboard. Deleting and reinstalling doesn't fix it. I'll have to print tickets from the account on a computer.

Awful - 0 stars - useless app & I hated having to use them to buy a ticket - apparently they are part of Ticketmaster = so why not just do Ticketmaster ! ! Do not install, you will only uninstall after 1 minute.

It's just crashed for no reason. Uninstalled and redownloaded and it still won't work. Need to use it in less than 3 hours.

As a small 501c3 charity, BoxOffice by Universe (and their website) had been invaluable. They allow so much control of your event it makes everything a breeze! I highly recommend this app and Universe.

First time I opened the app I was able to see my tickets. But the next time I opened it the tickets are gone. It's been days and they are still gone...

Don't know why Universe recommended this app for showing tickets for entry. This app is used for SCANNING tickets as the organizer, not for consumers to display their tickets for entry.
