QR not working as intended. Poor UI (User Interface) usually means poor UX (User Experience). Please, fix this app and take this seriously as this is very important for all who already have PhilID Card who wants to use a public version of PSN or the Alyas PSN. When using the camera, the display looks morbid. For the "How to use?" button, make it graphical instructions than just pure words. We're no longer in 2010. Hope this would get fixex and improved sooner.

The QR code found in PSA document is sometimes unreadable by this scanner. The PSA must check the QR code in the document is correct before issuing it to the users. If the QR code in the original document is valid and the QR code in the copied document issued to the user is not, it can be an issue because the user cannot verify its data. Does it also mean that if the QR code in the copied document has errors, the same can be said to the original? Regardless, this app worked.

the camera is streched and it wont scan the qr code. i have tried both the website and the app, both have failed. i have been sitting here waiting for a long time and yet it fails. this system has failed.

Not working, it can't decrypt no matter what I do. Also Poor UI. I hope for the improvements for this app.

It does not read the QR code. It defeats its purpose. The square code becomes rectabgular through the e-Verification app. I hope this issue will be fixed soon. Thank you and God bless.

Poor app I still downloaded given the benefit of the doubt that it would work but to no avail ratings are true, camera too stretched to the point it could no longer read the scanned QR Code. Hope that developer will try to fix this as this is an important matter for Filipino Citizens.

I just got the physical card. I tried scanning the QR code in the card as well as the QR code in the printed certificate but it doesn't work at all. Seriously.

This app doesn't work. After scanning, it only gives the error mesage "The QR Code cannot be decrypted." I uninstalled immediately.
