Has been a good app.... but there is an issue. The app needs updated / repaired / bugs fixed / something. Multiple people are reporting that they are not able to view messages or test results (me included). There is a problem that needs looked into ASAP. Please look into this. You've got a great service IF this can be repaired in a timely manner. Thanks

Up to very recently, this app has worked very well. However, out of nowhere, the application no longer loads the message and test pages correctly, meaning I can no longer contact my doctor or see my test results unless I log into the stlukes kc web application instead. Even force closing or reinstalling does not help this. Hopefully they fix it but for now, application is not working properly.

I have been using this app for the last few years with no problems or complaints. however, lately, it's not fully loading. for example I get a notification that I have a message and so I would try to log in, select the message and it would be a white blank within the app. I also tried to log out and then log in, I would select with options within app same blank there. I have tried to update app or other apps for my device to see if it helps, but same problem. how can I remove this?

Over all, this app is easy enough to use, with one exception: logging on from my phone. When trying to do so, as soon as I begin entering my user-id, a "virtual assitant" pops up and obstructs the typing area, which I find annoying. That aside, this app is a useful tool to manage my interactions with my care team, all of which are great folks.

This is the best Healthcare app/portal that I use. It's easy to log in, easy to find test results (you even get a notification immediately when results are entered). It keeps track of appointments and I can easily message my Dr's and schedule appointments from the app. I can pay bills on the app as well which is convenient not having to go to some third party website that has very limited info about what it is you are paying. My mom gave me permissions on her account so I can see her stuff too.

I enjoy the staff of St. Luke's, the app recently had an issue and wouldn't allow me to sign in, even after resetting password and recovering user name. I finally uninstalled and reinstalled it and restarted my phone and then it worked. Not sure what that glitch was for, but other than that, I enjoy the app for reminders of appointments to come and previous appointments and also for phone numbers and directions.

It has improved over time. It is a good tool for looking up when appointments are, seeing test results and communicating with doctors. Often the reminders are inaccurate. It will tell me I need tests that it displays. It would be nice to have an option to comment on those for someone to review.

Super easy to use everything all in one place! There are no ads in this app. It notifies you instantly when you have results lets you see everything! Gives you directions to the Dr's offices! You can message your Dr, nurses, whole medical team directly from app! Only thing it should do is give actual check in time! So when you make an appointment 3-6 months down the road u remember to be there 15-60 min early not at that exact time so they don't cancel U That's been my only issue. 💯 10/10 ⭐️
