The IO7 system worked great at first, and then I started getting a card error prompt. Nothing was being uploaded to the memory card. I purchased a new MC from Best Buy and got the same error message on the screen. I contacted WB CS and got frustrated because I couldn't understand what was being said due to the foreign dialect. I hate that I placed my trust in a product that failed in less than a year of purchase.

Had it for over a year now. Only complaint is that for some reason, my memory card became corrupted after some time and new videos weren't being uploaded. Not sure if that is a card issue itself or hardware. Luckily, nothing important was saved and lost but it could've been bad if it were so. As for the device itself, great piece of tech that does exactly what it says it will.

What a joke! It never works! My phone hooks into the cameras "wifi" the app says nothing detected and then crashes. I've reinstalled etc etc... This is the most useless infuriating app I've ever used. And all you get is some copy paste script about resetting the camera... So everytime I want to use it I have to do a reset? No... Just... No. Thank God I can at least use the playback feature to show what haooened but if the cops need it or insurance needs it then it's back to old school ways.

Since I could not even use it, I would give it a 0 star. App would not connect to either of my D07 cameras. I carefully reviewed every step by powering on the device, turning Wi-Fi on, and selecting the Wi-Fi on my phone. I entered in the correct sequential password and my phone connects successfully to the camera each time (no internet of course). The display of the camera confirms the connection with the MAC address. However, when I go back to the app, it doesn't detect any camera.

Camera quality is top-notch. Connecting the app to the cameras wifi can be sobering. Once you're connected, it's easy to download video to your phone.

Decent picture, easy to install! Though rather than connect via the internal wifi i suggest using a usb to sd card adapter to edit and download it to your computer or phone . It is much much much faster than sitting in your car with the key in the ignition trying to find the video.

App worked on my galaxy j3v then all the sudden it quit loading tries to load then the screen goes black and stays black I have factory reset my phone 3 times didn't fix it done everything not sure what is wrong with it now but the app constantly lags when it was connected to the camera and the footage was constantly lagy.

Can't get the app to connect to my Wolfbox iO7 no matter what I try. I have wi-fi enabled on the dash cam, I find the Wolfbox WiFi on my phone, I try to connect and it simply "connects with no internet". I have no access to the dash cam via app at all. It doesn't recognize any camera when I attempted to "add camera". Any help Wolfbox?
