Don't recommend them. Not customer friendly at all with their policies. Will lose 54k cause these guys are not willing to understand out situation that we cannot go to the propey currently. Inspite of a lockdown, they cut 24% of our amount and after so much request gave us 75% as a coupon/ not even refund. 6 months due to the pandamic we couldn't go, and we're asking for an extension/ not even a refund, yet - their team are not willing to do that. They are not customer centric at all.

Worst property management company..... ... looting to much Exorbitant prices. I have inquired about nearby villas of same locality and amenities . Cost not more than 10k while they are charging 30k plus. A system of loot.

Extremely bad service. Very Disappointed I made my booking and paid the full payment amount in advance & had to wait at the society entrance for 2 hours because this f the miscommunication between them and Vistarooms
