Original review: 9/16/24 5 stars -Unique, balanced play, great game. Hopeful for more levels soon. Edit: All of my progress has been lost, the game restarted, and my message to customer service was not responded to. This is how you go from a 5 to a 1 rating.

I liked this game, had played through all the levels and stopped playing until more levels became available. Updated the game today and it reset me to the beginning. I'm not doing it all over, so I'm uninstalling the game. It's stupid to reset a game over an update.

Really like it so far but you lose coins and energy insanely fast so it's hard to play enjoyably for more than five or ten minutes at a time. And when unpacking boxes sometimes you find cash which is nice but it would be nice to get some coins or energy too so you can open more than a couple boxes an hour. All in all, fun for about 15 minutes at a time. Will probably be uninstalling before finishing just bc of this annoying fact. I don't mind beating a game and waiting for more but not like this

Hi I really like your game but you need to add a way that the player can earn more energy for free maybe the player can watch an ad and then get a little energy something like that I mean I was enjoying the game then I ran out of energy and I didn't have any money to purchase any so I have to wait for the energy to build up it makes it kind of annoying that's all

I'm changing my rating from a 5 to a 2. I loved the old version. Got to the end and was waiting for the update. I lost everything I had. Now it's not the game it was. The 2 main character that did everything are now non existent practically. 2 characters that never spoke now do everything. It changed the entire flow. The story line I used to love, now his hardly there at all. No more daily check in gifts. It's not the great game it used to be. Now it's just meh. 😥

Very sad, loved the game for a while, finished it but assumed more stuff would come with an update. Now it looks like it updated and EVERYTHING I did before is gone :( that kinda sucks not gonna lie. Luckily I didn't spend money on this game, but seriously I finished what there was of the game... and now....it's different and forced me back to the beginning whyyyyy????

It was one of my favorite games until this update. I'm glad there seem to be more locations, but it's way harder to gain coins now that you can unpack boxes you collect from chaos. My advice is to go back to the original format and then add more locations.

I had actually been enjoying this game and then i got on today and all my progress is gone. It sucks because I was on level 15 and it started me all over again. And ive noticed how the developers keep commenting the same thing saying its necessary but with any other game this doesn't happen when you update. Save yourself some time and don't download this game if you don't want to have to restart everytime they update.
