The application is not successful at all, and I advise you to solve the problem because after 45 minutes of placing the order, they told me that the order does not exist, noting that on the application there is an order with a number. I am really disappointed from pizzanini and from his unprofessional customer service.

Only done 1 order for now (grants you a 15% discount). The app was smooth and the delivery was quick, with the driver having a nice personality. Good experience for now :)

Whoever made this app is an idiot. 1st time i ordered they made it completely wrong. 2nd time i ordered i went to pick it up to find out that they haven't even started because of their trash system. I loved pizzanini but u disappointed me alot. This is unacceptable

I really disappointed, its the best pizza restaurant in lebanon, but with a very bad application and customer service, i ordered by the application and wait for an hour i contacted and tell me your order not been processed then i ordered it from the hot line number told me need 35 min, i wait and no one came !!, very very bad and disappointed service, really sad to give a bad rat.

EPIC quality Pizza but some problems with the app When i try to access my profile or my order's history the app just freeze for some reason + the app needs to be more smooth
