Overall, this app is great and easy to use. The one thing that I would like to see improved is the photo import from my Samsung phone. The phone takes really large photos and has no way to compress the file size of said photos. It would be amazing if xactimate would compress the files to a more manageable size went importing.

S...L...O...W... Also did a sketch free project for photos only, but photos came out blank in pdf, even though you can see them on the phone and in Desktop. Had to delete and reupload. Which is supposed to not happen when using this app. Xactware needs to field test this more. Update. Photos still wonky Update. It has gotten way better. Just a few things. Please give dark mode. Please add more desktop functionalities to mobile.

I only use this for sketching on site. Everything else I do in the desktop app. The biggest problem that they need to fix is switching between devices. Logging in on one device, logs you out on another. That would be totally fine except that when you go to log back in on the PC after having been logged in on another PC or on the Android it takes half an hour bc the software keeps freezing. Tested this on multiple machines and phones. Something about the login system is screwy. Time is money.

Great for getting photos labeled onsite. Not really used for anything else however, as the remaining features lack. Xact needs to make mobile the exact same thing as online and stop acting like there is a need for three products. If you have a smart phone, you should be able to full scope on it.

I have been slowed down severely by using mobile and X1. Photos do not load well even when using the lowest quality. I went from being able to do 6 a day comfortably with Xm8 28 to 3 taking me all day. This new system has added so much more stress on being an adjuster. I'm constantly getting kicked out of estimates which is what X1 was supposed to fix. Fix your product before forcing everyone to swap to it.

App took forever to save changes I made to pictures. Had to call support & they had to escalate to technician. They needed to escalate to level 2 technician. By the time I was able to speak to the level 2 technician a whole day wasted of not being able to do my claim, the photos updated & then I was able to put them in the cloud to download on my desktop. I also did a complex sketch with lidar and the sketch literally disappeared from my mobile device. Furious about it. Too many problems with it

Just trying to get this app started was so overly complicated I honestly don't know how good the app is. Surprisingly they didn't ask for DNA or first born...
