Most of the app seems to work as expected. However, the Go to My Energy link in the View Daily and Hourly Usage box keeps saying Something went wrong. This is better than the previous app, as I could never get into it at all from the time it was released, and I still can't get into the web app either. So progress, but a long way to go.

W.T.F. First of all, this app insisted I install a screen lock on my phone. Fine, I did that, it's a good idea anyhow. Then it was asking for "credentials" from "findmymobile" which isn't on my phone, nor could I find it at the play store. 🤷♂️ Ultimately I was never able to set up my account nor use the app. All I could do is uninstall it and write a negative review. Are customers expected to hire an IT consultant just to use this app? What an unfriendly, unusable POS.

Hate hate hate the new app! It makes it so difficult to find how much you owe. I usually pay half of our bill each paycheck so it's not as painful and the old one had it right there on the payment page. I'd add a photo if I could of the section in talking about but I can't. But I would appreciate it if the "Pay Bill" page looked like it does on the website. I uninstalled the app and will just be using the website in the future.

Hate this app! Very little can now be done apart from paying with a checking account (no more credit/debit option which means you submit payment then wait a week hoping you'll have enough in your account to cover the payment when it finally decides to go through), or looking at your usage.

Upon loading into the app, after installing I am greeted with a login via web (opens browser), however, upon opening the browser and entering in my credentials to log in the screen goes black. I have tried reinstalling, clearing data and clearing cache but doesn't seem to allow me to log in properly.

I have solar on my house so when I downloaded this app I grabbed my Excel bill (solar refund checks) for the account number not knowing it is different than the billing side you get from Excel. Now there is not a way to add another account so all I can see is my solar refund amount that month and not my actual bill. I can't change the account info or delete it to renter it without sending in a delete account request from the app and then waiting 10 days for it to be done. Very frustrating.

Every time it sends me an email with a verification code the email intro is so long I can't read it from my notification bar on my phone. When I click on the email to read your stupid verification code it closes the program so when I go back to type in the verification code it brings me back out to the login screen which generates a new verification code and the old one won't work. I can't verify on mobile because it's a mobile app and your developers are apparently mobile morons.

It goes to a black browser screen and stops. I was directly to uninstall the old xcel app and install this new version. It doesn't even allow me to get to the sign in screen!!!
