The app looks great, but it will not allow me to connect via Bluetooth. Each time I try, it always tells me that an update is needed, and when I select to update it, it says it's been updated but starts all over again. It's a never ending loop of updates. Please fix the issue so I can customize the scooter.

After this new update I noticed this latest update on the app, change the speedometer on my e-scooters orginal specs, which when i purchased my designated e scooter, the mphs on the speedometer stated only, the speed was 18 mphs, now after this latest update, they changed the speedometer, an now it gives a lousey false 30mphs speed. But the orginal speed on my escooter onoy reaches the desginated speed of 18mphs? Can this error be possibly fixed thanks!!!

Supposedly allows you to control your okai electric beetle better, with self diagnostics, cruise control, and other fancy functions. Doesnt work, it either crashes every time I try to connect to my scooter, or it cant even find it at all. Also, for an app that's only needed to unlock features I already payed for, this app seems to require a whole lot of personal info, and its definitely doing funny things in the background. Uninstalled.

There are so many issues with this app I'm not sure where to begin. Confusing error messages, functionality that works 25% of the time, inconsistent behavior, and frequent crashes show this thing is in rough shape. It looks very nice, and could be a good app when it works but this app has to be minimum 3 months away from being fixed. Love the scooter, wish the app was better. Hope it gets better. Oh did I mention it has to be force closed?

If I could give negative stars I would. This app doesn't work at all! I have deleted the app and reloaded it and it's still not working. I have tried a new username and ID and also an alternate email address and still nothing. Once logged in all it will tell me is that my vehicle is bound. There is no way to move forward or backwards in this app. This is very frustrating! I can't even use the app associated with my bike. Absolutely pointless app. Garbage!

I had to go find Version v2.13 to recover all the feature Okai removed. Mapping, Navigation, System Check, more. After installing the year old (or more) version, I now have most of the features removed currently. Now I had to set it to not update, so it won't end up being useless again. Sigh!

Trajectory and speed is incredibly off on my last ride. Listed each leg of ride at 15+ miles when it was only around 4-5. Update 10/28/22: tried restarting my phone and it STILL is super messed up. Ain't no way I was doing 355mph when bike speedometer read 20mph. If I use a different app to track rides, trajectory and speed is recorded properly, it's ONLY Okai app that isn't recording properly. Leaving at 1 star till app is fixed.
