This app is totally unreliable! 50% the time it doesn't work, I have to constantly reboot my phone, through the day. While I AM DRIVING!! I wish I didn't have to use it!! There has to be a better app out there! The "phone number" for the client, it does not work, nor does the "on my way" text messaging feature. I write all my appts down on a piece of paper, I only use this app to clock in because I have to, when that doesn't work, I have to have send a message to the office for them to do it.

I've been using zenmaid for about 8 months now and for the vast majority of that time it worked perfectly. However neither me or my coworker can open the app now. The website works fine but for some reason when I try opening the app it just tells me to restart it but nothing happens. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times but it still will not open.

This app is horrible. The location function is ify. I updated the app, and now it won't load pictures. I have restarted my phone and reinstalled the app. The app wont go past the loading page. It says to wait until I get better reception. I don't know how much better it can get. I have all the bars on 5G. This app is the worst.

2 stars because it could have potentially been a great tool for my business. But with the temp "clients" in the schedule and not being able to figure out how to manually add my clients while deleting the fake ones was nothing short of a headache. To import my clients from my phone calendar I would have to pay and end my trial. That's ridiculous. So I cant see how well this app works and im definitely NOT paying for something that takes up more time rather than streamline my clients.

When i first downloaded the app I didnt have the clock in and out feature available. I uninstalled and reinstalled but now the app will not load to even the login screen. My boss and I have both tried to get the glitch worked out through tech support but nothing has changed. It looks like im not the only person with this same issue in the reviews. I am able to access zenmaid through the web browser but i dont always have service so I have to write down the times to put them in when i finally do.

App is decent. What doesn't make any sense is how I can put in the address for a cleaning and whenever I try to navigate to the address using the GPS ZenMaid suddenly loses any competence and instead of giving me THE PROVIDED ADDRESS! They instead will just give me the entire street addresses or even a street a few blocks away?! Like WHY EVEN HAVE THE OPTION OF THE ADDRESS IF YOU CANT EVEN ACTUALLY TAKE ME TO THE ADDRESS. If you enjoy fighting with apps instead of getting to work, its for you:)

At first the app would not let me clock in but I was able to view my schedule. Now it just goes completely blank after loading. I have uninstalled and reinstalled for the same thing to continue. After reading some reviews you guys continue to have the same issues for years. When is the problem going to be fixed?

Cannot launch call from app, which would be extremely useful. Also won't refresh until it's closed and reopened, which is inconvenient because we need to be fluid with our logistics. Crashes often. Edit: Now it will no longer open Google maps. Every function of this app is a failure.
