This app is absolute garbage. Every 3 weeks or so it just gives up trying to load your information and you have to completely reinstall it and sign in to view it again. Load times are slow too if that wasn't bad enough. I just went to reinstall it again and now it just crashes immediately. I'm going to keep updating this review every time I need to reinstall the app. Reinstall count - 14

This app often crashes and will not work unless you delete it and reinstall it and then log back in each time. This method worked for a while, but at one point it stopped working all together. Even deleting and downloading and trying to sign in again would not work. Eventually I could not even open the app. This was very frustrating because the security guards require you to show the ID from the app to get on campus. I have been warned I will get in trouble because I showed a screenshot of my ID

Crashes all the time, the cameras don't work anymore and when they do work you don't have access to your schedule, and half the time the student ID is unloadable. It stops working everyday and says failed to retrieve data and when u refresh nothing happens so then u have to Uninstall and then reinstall and log back in but it's a 50/50 chance that the app crashes as u are re-logging in. As of right now today I had to Uninstall and reinstall again and now it won't even let me sign in, smh 😤 🤦 😒

App always signs me out every time it's closed. So I'm left with a 50/50 toss up everytime I try to sign in to the app. Either I have to wait 10-15 mins for the loading to stop and have it sign me in or have the app refuse to let me sign in and have to wait another day to try again and hope it works. This is very frustrating when I need to actively use my school ID and not be able to. It's happened on very device I've tried to use this app on.

This app is genuinely terrible, it gives a failed to save data on the backend error multiple times a day, meaning you have to log out of the app, close the app for 5 mins, then relog. Also some scheduled classes don't even show up. Genuinely could not be worse if they tried.

This app is pretty terrible. It's very useful when it works. Hardly ever logs me into chapel. I don't understand why it takes so long to load. With a school the size of GCU is kinda crazy that they can still have such a poorly designed app. Though it would of gotten better over the last few years but it really hasn't. The update looks nice but that's about it.

The app is working fine on my Google Pixel 4. It have the home page, student electronic badge, access to courses including completed courses and credits. Direct dial link to student counselors. Campus map and more. I like it so far, it haven't given me any problems otherwise it would be better to reach out to the developers of the app to troubleshoot compatibility issues.

EDIT: I found out what causes the crashing on startup! If I enable "Nearby Devices" in permissions, the app runs as normal. I should NOT need to allow any permissions in order to access my meal plan budget. Fix. This.
