Added a complaint, neither it is there in the complaints section nor getting an email. Even no reference number given Who knows even it registered anything or not. If this is expected then add the feature If not expected fix the bug If it's intentional, bring down the app as Secondly, there is no option upload more than 1 photo or video, most of the videos are much more convincing.

Useless app..even for noise pollution, image is mandatory? Somewhere nearby, loud music is playing, one has to go looking for it to take a pic? Just because of this compliant can't be lodged to..ridiculous..

App crashed the entire phone and even after submitting complaints does not show in my complaint. The app repeatedly keeps on crashing. Unable to use at all!!! Please keep a web form instead of an app.

Even after updating the app, it doesn't seem to work. What's the reason for keeping the "Submit Complaint" option in this app when we can't even report any issues? Truly frustrating!!

Can't do anything with this app, when I file a complaint in this app, the app crash totally and the complaint can't be launched, can't believe this is a government application and run by government body total disappoint with this app

I registered a complaint regarding noise pollution via the app and also email but didn't even got an acknowledgement for the same and forget about the resolution. I wonder if the officials care about people's problems. They are simply useless people who doesn't care about the fellow citizens. Absolutely disgusting.

As of now, the app is working well 👌. The app is nicely made and have some good features. You can apply for Paribesh Sathi (Volunteer) through this app. Also the app enables you to donate , gift and adopt trees 🌳. You can also submit complaints/feedbacks. However I would request the developer to check the app regularly and provide necessary updates because for certain features the app is getting slow sometimes.

Nothing works. Unable to register or even log in as a guest. Kindly make sure that the release build is working before you upload apps on the live playstore. Or get a better developer.
