Not recommend I purchased 3 esim to Saudi Arabia nothing worked and the customer service is very bad I told him that the esim doesn't connect to any network and he want me to change the APN settings, the esim doesn't connect how the APN setting will change that, all the customer service is uneducated and they just repeat the same thing and they took forever to respond back, they still didn't solve it and refuse to refund my money, save your time and money guys and avoid this fraud app

I bought a 30 day 10GB esim with Simly before leaving for Vietnam. When I got to the airport there was no way to connect to the internet, not even with the help of technical support. I was forced to buy a new esim in the Vittel store at the airport. I wasted 17 dollars with this app

Gave us a hard time, texted them for 2 hours back and forth on a mobile Hotspot so we were being expensed aswell as being told "Simly will not work on android devices". Although I only lost $4 testing the waters, I'm worried for the people who lose $40 on a plan they can't even use properly. If you have wifi, a secondary messeging phone, and maybe an iPhone, they might be able to help you but with those specific circumstances. 1 star.

Extremely disappointing customer service from Sam. Asks for a screenshot then disappeared while I'm waiting for a response at 3AM. Other providers might be more pricey but buy the pricier ones for peace of mind. Not worth the headache.

it was a very easy to add the esim and it really helped me once I arrived my destination, though, the coverage wasn't covering all places during my trip, and it was a bit slow in some other places, but overall it was fine.

The worst experience ever, I was in oman and purchased internet package, which never connect. I tried on different mobiles with different QR, and none is working. However, it worked for other providers from the first attempt. Customer service isn't responsive and didn't provide a working solution. I will uninstall, and I will never try it again.

This is my first ever eSIM. I found their options for South Korea the most competitive (from the UK). I used their chat customer service, and that reassured me before I bought it. It was so easy to buy, instal, and set up prior to leaving at the airport. I followed their advice after landing as there wasn't an instant connection. That worked. The app is very good. It shows the duration and data left. Options to buy more data. So far, so good! I'm very pleased. Excellent value.

It's been great to use this to buy and monitor my eSims. You may not be able to use a sim past 165 gig, though. I've been using the same card and just topping it up through the app, which is massively helpful and convenient. Apparently I've been paying to top mine up and the money's (at least $80) been going to the app, but I have not gotten any of the gigs I've been paying for past 165. :(
