Smart Meter Pro è la NUOVA QUARTA versione di Smart Tools® collection. Include 3 strumenti (fonometro, vibrometro e luxmetro).

① Fonometro
Il fonometro utilizza il microfono per misurare il volume del rumore in decibel (dB) e mostra il valore.

RICORDA!! La maggior parte dei microfoni è tarato sulla voce umana (300-3400 Hz, 40-60 dB). Pertanto i valore oltre questi limiti potrebbero non essere misurati adeguatamente.
Si hanno misurazioni più affidabili con rumori di routine (40-70 dB).

② Vibrometro (Sismometro)
Il vibrometro utilizza i sensori di accelerazione per misurare la vibrazione o un terremoto e può mostrare i valori di vibrazioni di terremoti.

I valori misurati sono relativi alla scala di intensità di Mercalli modificata (MMI). Se è impreciso, è possibile calibrarlo in modo che il valore massimo sia di circa 10-11. RICORDA di usarlo come strumento ausiliario.

③ Luxmetro (Esposimetro)
L'esposimetro misura la luminosità ambientale con il sensore di luce incorporato dello smartphone. Può essere utile a regolare l'illuminazione necessaria alle piante o per controllare la luminosità di una sala studio.

ASSICURATI che il sensore (dello smartphone) sia sempre correttamente rivolto verso la sorgente di luce ambientale (lampada, illuminazione a LED, finestra, sole).

Very straight forward to use and does not make it overly complex. I used it recently when comparing keyboard switches to decide which switch to buy. Quite easy to use, I can start the audio monitor and then type and stop it to review the measurements. The Pro version also has a color background change option to make it easier to tell once the audio passes a certain threshold which is also convenient, I used it in my noisy office to review.

Exactly what I needed. As a long-haul otr truck driver, I always found myself wondering what kind of vibrations and impacts certain areas of my truck and objects attached within were experiencing out there on very rough roads... most notable would be my desktop computer. Not exactly an ideal environment for a desktop computer but it's best I can do until I find a laptop that equals the desktops capabilities.

Bought the pro version for the vibration test and got two other apps as well. Super cool. I work in a lab and it's been useful in eliminating countertop vibrations so as to not affect our scales. I'm looking forward to evaluating many things. A phones accelerometer isn't as accurate as a dedicated vibrometer but still helps to inform and possibly justify the purchase of one. Very nice app 👍

The app is great, but it is does not allow you to export the CSV file of a saved recording. It only exports whatever is currently recording. Please fix this, and then the app is perfect.

Essential sound tool for audio engineers. Even though I cannot comment on the absolute accuracy of the app, it seems consistent to me and I have no reason to doubt its measurements.
