Didn't work at all on my phone. I am an annual pass holder and I was looking forward to having access to the latest news and daily schedules on an app. I installed it and it opened OK but every time I clicked on any category in the menu the app just closed, so it was unusable. My phone is an old Samsung S5 but I don't have problems with any other apps.

Safari audio kept changing enclosure, I guess due to GPS drift. Was so annoying I had to deny the app location permissions. Also, I use Android Auto so much as expecting it to just work, but it's not compatible. So in the end I had to disconnect my phone and connect it via Bluetooth instead. Complete faff. Would be so much better if the app just supported Android Auto!

Negatives are that due date to battery drain from the searching for a non stop existing signal (o2/giffgaff), together with location, we weren't able able to to use much during the drive through. The introduction started to well, then poor old Kate Humble's commentary was a gobbledygook. Fantastic concept tho. Loved it the same interactive quiz and the tick off facility for the each attraction.

Great app! We learned lots of great facts about all the animals on the drive through safari. The location feature worked perfectly and it was really useful to be able to take photos from within the app. One improvement would be to have the audio continue whilst taking photos but that would be my only negative. We also found the map and the 'what's on' features very useful.

The app is a great idea in principal but just does not work. When we went round the safari the app couldn't work out where we were so started playing the wrong audio clips. Then it just stopped playing all together. It would show the correct enclosure but wouldn't play it and couldn't work out how to manually play the clip. The map also isn't great. The filter does not work so it was difficult to use.

The app is great but sadly the phone coverage at Longleat isn't! When you get a signal or are within range of the guest WiFi the app provides loads of entertainment and interesting information. As an annual ticket holder I use it at home to keep upto date with News and events. But not so much for the interactive content when visiting because of the signal problem. I would prefer if it could be used directly for booking as that process is sometimes a quite confusing

Disappointing We couldn't get it to bluetooth with the car so had to listen through the phone. Also It had been difficult to load, we hadn't known till we arrived that it was needed. Our first attempt to load was with an EE Network failed. Luckily our other phone uses Vodafone, that worked. When driving through the park, some commentaries started when in the wrong area. There was no way to pause either. If you came out of the app to take a picture you lost the commentary or had to restart.

A brilliant app to make the most of your visit. The commentary played during the safari drive really made it special as we found out information we never knew before. You are also able to note what animals you have seen and again learn more about them. The only issue I have is that it did drain my battery so I was unable to take as many photos as I needed.
