One of the worstest app I've ever seen. Why do I need look for the customer number at all? More of this I can't find it easy on any of my printed papers. Instead this I need be asked for immatriculation number and LaLux must be able to get and show me all my contracts. If the use of the application becomes mandatory and I can't get any document without the app, I will transfer all my funds to another company.

Useless. Cannot submit claims. Get as far as photographing the invoice and get returned to the log in page. Problem made worse by the fact that the web based version on my PC doesn't work and I cannot even log in to the old DKV version. Please fix something!

No history of filed claims, only the reimbursement, not very transparent and a step back from the current online version that will be discontinued apparently.

The app requires me to call customer support to add my phone number

Does not accept my policy number that starts with a vertical I. If I indicate only the 8-digit number, it is not found. Experience started bad.

Horrible app. Does not recognize my account, does not let me define a new password. Terrible customer experience.

Please fix the password input on Android. User cannot type special characters in the password field on login page. So kind of blocking to login into account.
