Basic functions works well, but the app ui design, wireframe, etc. needs more improvements. The buttons, design needs more consistentcy to reduce confusion for new users. Could also make improvements on ui scaling sizes so it looks neat. Finally, some section needs more context info, like the 'select vehicle' part, so it's easy to understand what's it for.

It would be perfect if you add on one last feature which is letting the user choose when to pay the parking, because a user like myself who is always staying in a hotel, suffered the fact that we don't get to choose to pay earlier for tomorrow's parking, wake up early just to pay the parking ticket ? DISLIKE !!!! If adding the feature is almost impossible, at least don't set the time limit that only allows the user to pay in selected time, it's cheaper to pay for 24hrs than a stpd SAMAN.

Useless app. Purchase credit failed with only blank page shown even after more than 10 attempts at 3 completely different times. Tried with credit card options and Touch N Go option, both have same problem (No problem to use those option with other app so their system was working). The UI is also too messy and noisy which makes you wonder if these people even have any clue about app/software development. Why even bother using this app at all.

After a recent update, I always get the prompt 'Server not reachable'. I have no problems with my data connection at all. And don't tell me to uninstall/reinstall the app. Been there, done that. I'll just switch to your competitor. Keep the 2 ringgit left in my account. You can use that to pay for your parking, while using your competitor's app lah. This one no good. Move along.

The location is auto-located, which depends on the user's phone accuracy. It is much cooler and nicer if user are able to have a search button for the location they want to pin. That way, user are able to be sure of which area of parking they are buying. I hope in the future, the developer will make more updates, as the apps itself benefit people.

For first time user you are greeted with "NOT PAID" on top left. Panic stations, where didn't I pay? Had to be told it means a payment hasn't been made yet. This should not be on the opening page but further along when payment amount should be shown. Very poor tutorial. Still non the wiser. What does it mean to "authorise" my reg plate no.? Do I press the car symbol or P to go next step to park. This app should be scrapped. Be smart, take a look at "Penang smart parking" app. Brilliant!!

Hi I've been having problems regarding the receipt. Previously it was sent automatically to the email address that have been set however now we have to do it manually, and it just downloaded the receipt to our device, it was not send to the email address. And also I have trouble when I want to download previous date, it kept showing the date on the day it was print. Also I prefer the previous version where there is more hours preference, now we only have max 4 hours, unlike up to 6 hours before.

App experience, quality, UI and flow is garbage. Provided all the necessary permissions, but app kept saying there is no network. Back button keeps leading me back to login screen. Your back stack is completely wrong. UI looks like something made by a clueless intern. Wish to make payment for summon but no way to do it. Overall experience pisses you off.
