This was perfect: no unnecessary permissions, a pickup calendar, and push notification reminders to take out the bins. Recent update has broken calendar and notifications, making this app entirely useless to me.

Simple app. It does what it has to. I would like it better if Waste Connections would process payments promptly, not three days later. Everybody else manages to process payments within a few minutes.I don't understand why it is a problem for this company. I do appreciate the notifications the night before garbage day, letting us know what is being picked up the following day. Customer service has always been very helpful and polite. It's easy to have large items picked up...spendy though.

Very useful app! I haven't noticed any ads so that's a huge plus. I definitely needed the reminders from this app to put my bin out the night before pick up day, you can use this app to look at the collection schedule, there's a "waste wizard" to search where to dispose of unsure items and schedule bulk item pick ups, pay your bill and probably other stuff I haven't discovered yet. I hope it doesn't change. Highly recommend this 👍🏻

UPDATE to the review below: The app has not been showing me anything except the icons for trash, yard, and recycling, some arrows, and that's about it. It no longer gives me dates or details on anything. I still use it because the notifications come up and are very helpful. Simple and helpful. Reminds me the afternoon before pick up. Helpful when I can't remember which can. The trash wizard is a barebones search feature but helpful when you can't find the quarterly partition flyer.

This app is great. I wish there were reminder tone options that made it unique, I pass it off for texts from time to time and ignore it, and miss my pick-ups. BUT if you pay attention to it, you'll never miss it. It's nice to be able to view bills and announcements too.

It's been working great the past couple of months and I always pay my bill using the app. But this month when trying to pay my bill I'll input my CC and it get stuck on loading for like a minute and then ill try it again and still the same thing. I hope it doesn't charge me twice. It's been 2 days and no transaction on my bank account. So I hope that's a good thing.

This app was very useful but it's started closing out before it even loads in. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but it still won't work. It was super helpful when it was working. Hope to get it figured out since the notifications have helped me when I've forgotten to put my cans out.

App was pretty easy to figure out which days were my pick ups and for which containers. Also made paying my bills a sinch. But for almost a month now the app doesn't even load. It opens for a quick second before shutting down. Hopefully this is fixed soon, but from what I've read, they still haven't figured out a fix in several weeks...
