I agree, it would be in accord with the ICMR guidelines and given the development of app within a pandemic time would be quite cubersome. However, my suggestion was both for the ICMR and the app developers. Suggestions would be helpful to make it more user friendly. For instance, while using the app on the spot, I couldn't go further with the date of sample collection (there weren't any options for 1st may, 2020 neither there was any option to write it down manually). Kindly, scrutinize it

Needs improvement. For print out of every pts form, we have to individually open each form and mail it. Kindly improve it so that we can send multiple print outs at a time. Also, keep "no" as a default selected option for non mandatory fields. If required, drs will change it to "yes". This will improve the speed and efficacy of us doctors.

Till the latest update, the app was working fine. Multiple people could login using the same ID at the same time and the forms could be completed faster by multiple people. But after the update only one could login at a time. This has severely affected the work speed and it is nearly impossible to enter details of all the clients (minimum is 100/day) by a single person. Please rectify this problem as early as possible.

As the mobile screen is very small so it is not comfortable for every person using this app to make the entries. So entry through laptop via webportal as well as option of using app through Microsoft app store should be done as soon as possible. As India has already reached 100000 sample testing mark, so speed and efficacy in the process of data entry are very important. Also at one the column of srf entry , srf no is to be refilled. This should be done automatically by the system to save time.

It has stopped working suddenly on my device. Once I enter Name and Contact number of the Patient nothing happens further and it says "Getting Location. Please wait" where as I have already allowed location permission to the app and have the updated version. It is so unfeasible. There are many COVID cases everyday and because of such issues there's delayed in reports and functionality. Kindly help to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Worst experience ever, frequently hangs while updating the data, auto sync is also not properly works and regulary opens a dialog box of those unsync forms, many a times it automatically get switched off and the patient address somtimes may be of only one word, but since it doesn't accept it so we have to put another word unnecessarily. It is requested to the developers that kindly regularise and update the app as user friendly so that we Indians should use more of the Indian apps as the Modiji

App crashes frequently. It takes too much time to load application form and suddenly stops working even when the network speed is good and we need to restart the app frequently. And submitting the form is very hard it also takes too much time. Kindly fix the issues. Please add select all and submit option in saved/incomplete forms.

After latest update -when we are entering the rapid antigen requests it asks for patient ID .. we enter that and finally submit form with report - app auto-generates a new patient ID. That's a huge glitch and beats the purpose. Once the patient ID is fixed by us it should by fixed as that. Like in a lot of hospitals, the patient is is fixed as the hospital number for ease of retracing and entering repeat test. Now we can't do that because the app generates a new ID which only lab people can see.
