Good shows. Seems to be heavily advertising the hansen stuff (no need to). I would like exposure to other shows on there without being greeted by hansen right off the bat. It would be nice to have the casting actually cast rather than encode straight from the phone. The seasons (especially for takedown) are haphazard. It feels like there is a new season made whenever the guy uploading the next ep feels like it. It would be great to at the end of a finale episode, hypeup for the next season.

I paid for a one-year subscription for the app can't find it and apparently there is no live phone call support available. Every so I try to watch on YouTube asks me to subscribe for one month or 1 year and I've paid for a year. There is no app for Vizio TV or for fire stick.

The service has great potential as a true crime streaming service but currently lacks the catalogue to make it worth 8 dollars canadian after tax. The app performs well on the A53 but struggles to perform just as well while streaming using the chromecast option as you need to turn your phone back on to watch the next episode rather than auto playing. Chris Hansen's 2 shows and the COPS-like series are great. However, certain shows have not released but still show release dates for early 2023

I enjoy the Tru Blu app and the content. I just wish the Chris Hansen Takedown episodes could be made longer say 30 to 40 minutes. Maybe have a longer intro about the predator and background information and then a longer bit afterwards please!! Keep up the good work!! :)

App is a little glitchy but I love the service. So many shows to watch and the price is very fair, I used a discount code as well. It's great to see Chris back at what he does best.

Yeah this app seriously sucks. Half of the videos on takedown with Chris Hansen don't even load. It says try again later. The interface itself is also bad if it were completely free I'd give it 3 stars but it's not. I won't re subscribe after my 1 month is up
