App got refined a lot. It's wonderful that they added offence images. Though it's not loading properly, i appreciate their idea and working towards the progress. UI is very good. Online payments are very smooth.

the has many glitch and bugs that needs to be fixed the Concept of the application is really good. But it needs fixing keep getting Error 0011 hope the error will be fixed my phone is totally new but the issue is that the app is not compatible with newer versions of Android

i am unable to login since a week, error login try again. sometimes receiving otp but too late. is this app problem facing others?

With new update, app is not working at all. It asks for login but when I try to provide my resident card I'd it says not registered. And when I provide my mobile number it says "No PKI registered for this phone.." now what is expected from us to use this app. I even send R with my resident card ID to 90085 but I get "System error. Try again later." Old version was fine.

I've used the app to pay my traffic fines, for the registration renewal. Unfortunately the amount was detected from my account, but the fines are still there, they didn't disappear from the fines list. Thus, I wasn't able to proceed with the renewal

Previously it never asked for login but even when I try to login, it is very complicated. There is obviously some issue with the new app. I cannot even view my fines. Pls fix asap. Edit 2024.05.28 They have fixed the issues.

A great app that help a lot. Only on problem. After renewing car registration i get (payment failed) error but the transaction is actually successful. Please fix this error because others might think their transactions were unsuccessful.

Hello, I installed the application and it crash after login. I get pop-up say "ROP Keep stopping" I uninstalled and reinstalled the application multiple times on different phones and it act the same way.
