****Edit, reduced the stars to 1. Crashes every time I open it now.**** Since the update, every time I open the app it goes straight to the app settings, trying to for me to use notifications, which I don't need. I only use it for the arrival/departure screens, which is a it little more confusing since the update

Very slow slow slow to load. "Downloading application data". For an airport app this does not provide much helping for people at the airport. How about a map to help find your way around? Information about queues? It just has all the booking/buying stuff you can do in the browser anyway

Tried to book airport parking, got right through to payment screen (eventually!), entered card details and accepted Ts&C's and then error message on pricing table displayed. Tried to then contact via the 'Contact Us' option in App but just kept crashing. Encouraged to use App by parking discount code that then can't be used - useless, a complete waste of time.

What has happened? Now doesnt show arline logos , still keeps going off- tells me "not connected to internet" when I am!!!! Have to uninstall to re-install....get it sorted. More flights info from Flight Radar NCL airport. Have lost another star because of this .

Great app for tracking flights and booking flights if needed. It also gives out lots of info about new operations and other facilities in the airport. Very informative and very quick to update. Great app

Takes ages to launch initially downloading application data. Doesn't find flight information like departure time even tho flight is less than 24hrs away. Offers page loads really slowly and this is on home WiFi so who knows how slow it will be at the airport!

I can't understand why flying from Newcastle Airport is more expensive than any other in UK, and not many destinations compare to Manchester and the south. Sort of monopoly culture no competition and travellers are the victims.... poor northeast
