I am so glad I chose to use Keepsake Frames. My son sent current pictures of his family in a text, and I didn't know how I could get them printed off my phone for framing until I saw Keepsake ad on TV. I was a little anxious about using the app and how the pictures would look in the finished order, but the result was fantastic. They look great! The app was very easy to use, and my order arrived promptly. I highly recommend this company.

I wanted to send my 4 yr old granddaughter a framed picture of the two of us reading together during a recent visit and chose Keepsake. The app was very easy to use and to upload the picture from my phone. Good choice of sizes and frames and the price was reasonable. It got there quickly ( without expediting shipping) and it looked like the quality was very good from the video I saw of her carrying it around.( They're 3000 miles away). I will definitely use Keepsake again.

My order was delivered by USPS to the wrong place ( USPS couldn't find out where), but Keepsake is replacing my order asap. They have been nothing short of fantastic, and even though it wasn't their fault, they are still replacing my frame. It's for a friend who lost a pet recently, so it's a little special. Can't recommend these guys enough. And was very quick with responding as well. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Ordered three prints of a family photo and made a specific frame request. The photos came packaged carefully and exactly as advertised. They were a big hit. The service is a great price for the care they put into the orders, and it is well worth it downloading the app and giving them a try. I plan on using them for most framing needs moving forward. (It was 200 bucks cheaper than Michael's)

I'm not the easiest man to please, and I was delighted with my Keepsake experience from top to bottom. Bottom line: excellent photo quality; excellent frame and glass quality: excellent wormanship; and a remarkably reasonable price. Plus prompt delivery. I give "A" ratings about as often as the Orange Menace tells the truth, but this was "A+." I will use them again.

I've been attempting to get a print made from our game camera, but kept getting less than desirable options. Keepsake Frames not only made it possible, but delivered sooner than promised, and I was able to surprise my husband for Christmas! I got the canvas prints, excellent quality! I love that you know immediately if the pic on your phone is going to be the right quality BEFORE you order! I'll be using Keepsake Frames from now on!

I previously used a different company via app to purchase my frames pictures. I came across a Keepsake ad and decided to give them a try. I ended up ordering 6 new picture frames. They were delivered timely and without any damage. I think my only complaint would be the app limits you on which size frame you can purchase. Which to me was frustrating because I wanted bigger frames for the specific pictures I was ordering. Otherwise, a new hassle-free way of getting memories on the wall.

This is a terrific idea! Choosing the type of frame you want is fun and dozens of options are presented. However, when ordering on a smartphone, the interface for writing a personal note to be included with the framed photo is useless because there is no carriage return key - the text just goes on in one long line. It's easier to type your message elsewhere (WORD/GMAIL) and then paste it into the Keepsake field. Entering the shipping address is also not user friendly.
