It has been wonderful experience. They installed the device on booking day itself and that too was a Sunday. TECHNICIAN was polite and explained everything. I had used Livepure earlier and had a very horrible experience with them so I was sceptical about renting again but Drink Prime was a very good experience. Hope they continue operating in the same way.

The purifier was installed within quoted time, it works well for me. However there's a fundamental issue with the purifier - it's body is not completely sealed, have too many gaps and thus insects/ants can easily crawl into the purified water tank. I am regularly facing this problem which I didn't with any other purifier. All it needs is some sort of seal or gasket to prevent this. Cleaning the water tank requires dumping all 8ltrs of water at once which eats up quota.

The water per litre price is too high and we need to subscribe more often. Moreover the water taste and quality can drop anytime for which there is no scheduled maintenance. We need to observe the taste and raise issue through app ourselves. Technician usually visits two days after the scheduled time. The helpline number is usually busy. Most of the time the device cannot be synced to the purifier due to Bluetooth problems. Pathetic experience!..better to buy a water purifier instead.

I have not recharged for a month as I was out of my home. When I recharge for the next month, Drink prime asked me to pay for last month also. I understand that as it is a rental based service, II have to pay the rental amount. But why I have to pay for the water as well? ... I am not happy with this policy. Kindly don't steal money from the customer.

"I am extremely disappointed with the customer service for the Drink Prime. When it comes to sales, they will bombard you with calls, sometimes up to 10 times a day. However, when it comes to service, they won’t even call you once. I raised a complaint ticket, but no one bothered to follow up. I had to continuously call them to remind them about my issue. Eventually, they aligned a technician, but I received no updates or calls from the technician.

It was running fine until now but suddenly after recharging not able to sync with any of the mobile. We have the updated app. Yet it doesn't sync. As a result there is no water and can't reach customer care as it is available between 9am to 7 pm only.

This is the most troublesome app I have used. Every time I try connecting the purifier, it fails. Its so irritating I always had to backup buying a water can. They can't fix this never ending connection issue. The only thing they do on time is to remind us to pay, which they increase the money every now and then. Once the recharge is done they never bother to update on system and we end up having connection failure and no water. Such a waste app. Can't you guys fix this?
