Terrible - purchase "fails" when trying to buy tickets and/or food, but the purchase actually goes through and your card is charged, which is a problem when you attempt the purchase multiple times and wind up with multiple charges. Staff very helpful and help with refunds, but makes for an incredibly frustrating experience. Needs a LOT of work, but I have Hope's that it'll get better.

Worst app experience ever. Kept erroring when ordering food, pictures don't match what you get, doesn't have all menu items. Caused us to miss part of the movie because we had to go down and order food at the beginning. Edit: if I could give this negative stars I would. THE APP DOUBLE CHARGED ME, and allowed me to order items unavailable at my location and charged me for them (even though I wouldn't receive them). Turns out the error still orders the food...

Signed up for rewards program and downloaded this app. Was working beautifully to search showtimes, purchase tickets, etc. However, how the app keeps saying that I'm not connected to internet even though I am via both data and WiFi! I cannot even see my local theatre! Will give 5 stars if fixed. if you're an Android user, don't bother downloading this app. it won't work!

Worst designed app I've encountered in a long time. Try to sign up and it wants to take me to FAQ page....finally trick it to get to sign up and the calendar for birthdate is unreadable making it super difficult to fill in. Finally get that filled but the "Sign Up" button stays grayed out....impossible to complete process. I think Cinepolis hired a fourth grader to build their app. I'd give Zero stars if that was possible....one star is EXTREMELY generous. Thanks Cinepolis for ZERO rewards pts!

This app is useless. I can't log in to my account. It would either say I don't have an account or it's wrong.

Very easy to use. Get your tickets and your food. Edit: this app is always giving me problems. Always says it has a problem processing payments and sometimes it's missing a lot of menu items... like tonight there was no drink section and the sliders were missing even though they have them here.

Since they reworked this app it's been absolutely unusable. You select your seats and no matter how many times you click to continue it never moves forward. This app used to at bare minimum function and you reworked it to an appalling state. For now your website will have to do, what a shame it used to be convenient.
