Problematic app. No option to view your password is correct when typing. Also, keeps saying password is wrong, so I'll reset the password. I get in to my child's records, but if I sign out and back in, it again says my password is incorrect. Rinse, repeat. I'm using a password manager so I'm copy and pasting password so it's definitely not an error..

It's such a pain to log into. The introduction of biometrics was good for a while but now they never work. So it's email, password, code your mobile... Not even my bank is this locked down.

Functions are good but the app is clunky, not really mobile friendly. I like being able to see account balances and pay invoices online, that's the most convenient feature for me. Reporting absences doesn't seem to sync with the school system so I have reported on the app but still received notices from the school for apparent unexplained absences. That double-handling and back-tracking is a pain in the backside. I would think the Gov app would be the final word.

Only functionality our school really uses is the invoices and it is helpful to pay them in bulk. However it won't remember your account details or connect to Samsung Pay, Google Pay or PayPal so you have to enter your card details manually every time, and you can't pay multiple children's invoices at once. It would be really good to have this functionality added. This is the only thing I pay where I have to get my card out of my wallet these days!

Every time I need to use it, it's out of date! Also, I used it once to notify the school of an absence and the school sent me a message asking why my child was not at school. Not sure how well they communicate or if it was just a case of the school not reading the notifications... Good to get the school reports, but it's not something we cannot get by email. Not very impressed so far. Average.

Had both my kids on the app. Now, I have my youngest and can't see my eldest. I've entered the details, but, is coming up as "Already Added". It is exactly the same thing on the desk top as well. Clearly, something isn't right here.

PSA, even after filling everything out online you still have to hand all your id over to reception at school to ve verified, ans.for those Non Australian citizens it is extremely annoying having to have 100 points of id to even sign up with the link I've been sent? There are plenty of non Australian resident parents that now have to take their foreign passport into the school to be verified. Time consuming, inconvenient and totally unnecessary imo.

The Last Bastion

Absolute rubbish app and waste of tax payer money funding this badly written app! You can't even enter an email address and submit form on their feedback page. I am having so much drama trying to add my children on this app it's just ridiculous. And since it won't allow you to send feedback, consider this review as feedback!!
