Holy.... every ad makes the app freeze the only way around it is to restart the episode everytime an ad shows. Clearly others have complained and nothing has changed. Fix the issue please. Edit: how does an update go through and its worse then it was. Now the app is pretty much useless... trying to watch a show and getting thro 8 ads is just disgusting... come on.

Keeps crashing between commercials. It's annoying and just plain frustrating. Please fix app. Either remove commercials or test itm I was trying to watch a show and it froze over 5 times and could not restart the program. If the program gets stopped you won't get ad revenues either. Just make sure if you stick ads in the prgram resumes. The program slider does not work eiher. You will just lose viewers...this is getting progressively worse...8 times in one episode of he voice s I just gave up.

I downloaded the app just to write this review. Trying to watch a movie on Roku through the CTV app and I've never had a worse experience with a streaming service. Constant disconnection. EVERY SINGLE time it disconnects I'm forced to watch the same 3 adds over again with no option to skip them. The app shows there should only be 7 ad breaks in the movie and I've watched 14 already. We're halfway through the movie. Not only myself but the other 3 people here currently are annoyed with the app

By far the most glitches an app can have. The amount of times it freezes has become almost comical. I use it through my paid provider so you would think they were making enough money to hire decent coders. I thought it was just a new thing but sadly it has been happening the 3 years I have had it.

We got this app to watch Amazing Race Canada. We cast the episode, but the volume suddenly drops by itself during an ad, and keeps dropping even if we put it back up. It keeps going down by itself, unless we stop casting and recast. Very annoying. Then when we recast, it doesn't save where we left off. It does the volume thing several times per episode. EXTREMELY annoying.

The worst app I have ever had the pleasure of using. If you want to watch ads that freeze your show so that you have to go back to the beginning of the show, this is the app for you! Alternatively, if you like being told you don't have an internet connection when you very much do, also the place for you! The ads are also super loud that you are constantly adjusting the volume. Why aren't Canadians deserving of functioning apps from Bell Media? The Crave app is equally as pathetic.

Volume level changes during commercials and stays there when the show resumes. Cuts out part way through the show. Freezes during commercials, then you have to restart show, and watch all the commercials you already watched when you try to get back to the spot you were in. When you hit "resume" it restarts at the beginning. Very frustrating.

The worst streaming of any tv app I use. Almost every time there is a commercial it freezes up and takes 2 or 3 reboots to get back to the show. If Bell can't operate streaming service I'm pretty sure I want nothing to do with any of their communications services. Going by the reviews this has been an issue for at least 4 years.
