I don't recommend this app. I took my CCRN test, and most of the questions in this app are not at all similar to the actual test. About half the questions are much, much harder, based on diagnosis of rare diseases, cancer diagnosis and histology. The other half are pretty good. You can learn a lot of information, and your critical thinking does improve. I like the reminders and timeline they plan for you.

I passed the CCRN, no thanks to this app. Lots of questions had grammar errors and duplicate answers. Some were just incomplete. This gives a false sense of preparedness. For the amount charged this app's bugs should not be present. Also, it will autorenew if you aren't paying close attention.

At first I was very doubtful whether I could pass the CCRN Adult certification exam, and I was not optimistic about the practical usefulness of such applications. But I downloaded this app with the intention of trying because I was so pressed for time, and it blew me away in terms of the professionalism and accuracy of the content. It helped me pass the exam, and I am grateful for that!

I downloaded this app to prep for the CCRN. 1) some of the questions were either worded incorrectly or were outright wrong. 2) I purchased what I thought was a fixed amount of access (1 month) for the app. I took the test, deleted the app, and then was shortly notified that the app had enrolled me in a RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION, charged monthly. This was not communicated clearly during the in app purchase and is a tactic used by companies to milk payments under the radar.

Downloaded the app today and the explanations are not sufficient enough. I e what position is not good for heart auscultation? Answer the standing position is not good for heart auscultation. No rationale is given. It's like this for a lot of questions. Pretty disappointed because this was recommended by the old ccrn pocket prep.

speaking as a 12 yr ICU vet.... I can't give 5 stars just because I haven't tested yet... however, I love that it is just questions! I did purchase the year so I can capitalize on my training. I am learning so much more and I just started reviewing the quizzes.

This app is a terrible study guide, but more importantly, it secretly turned into a recurring subscription bill. Now I cannot get a response from them to cancel the subscription.
