My experience was so bad with this app. First the communication system is not confortable, as the search system as you can not search by map but by location. But the worse thing is tenant plus. Not so useful, but they block some properties for you to pay only to communicate... And if you try this feature and forgot, for any reason, to cancel on time ... They obligate you to pay three months. Not iligal, but tricky and not so moral.

Good app overall, but the search alert is unusable. It doesn't respect the criteria of availability. It notifies me of all objects with available date 'immediately' or 'to be discussed' (which, from the description, always means immediately), even though I set a date in 6 months. If that could be fixed, the app would get 5 stars.

Cannot recommend! Tennant+ is a scam. 3 months subscription without upfront warning. Swiss scam!

In general I like this app a lot but there is one thing that is annoying... Why I cannot edit alerts criteria? Or am I missing something? Simply add "Edit criteria" function under those 3 dots menu, next to an alert - and you are done. Then I'll give 5 stars. Update: the above functionality has not been added for over 6 months. Alerts are critical functionality to me. Without an easy edit option they are not worth using as I don't wish to delete and add new ones over and over again.

Only good to search I believe but to draft and edit adds from yourself you're directed to internet browser, can't do it in the app. Furthermore, nothing to do with the app, price structure changed again, to weekly prices, don't like it at all.

Lately, there has been a significant increase in fake or out of country listings . When attempting to report these listings, it is no longer possible in the app as it simply opens the same listing inside of a web view, which also has no ability to report the listing.

The app is not bad, but in the french part of Switzerland it is useless. Here the only offers are fake made by companies who pretend to administer the object an once you call them they admit that they want to sell you a service for a few hundred franks to help you to find an apartment.. which of course does not work

The virtual tours are totally hided, no icon on the results list and once inside the add, its very very small, dificult to see. If you update this the app will be perfect.
