Paid for Lifetime Subscription, But Can't Access Courses I paid for the lifetime subscription for all courses, but when I tried to download another course, it’s asking me to subscribe again! This feels like a scam. I already paid and expect full access to what I purchased. Please fix this or refund my money!

Paid for pro, the app is on the cheaper side so that's a good thing. Pretty basic content and functionality for a pro version. Was expecting content to be more robust and exercises to be a bit more challenging rather than multiple choice questions where it's easy to figure out the answer cause the options are super random or have nothing to do with the topic of the quizzes. Is there a support email I can contact? I'd like to request a refund. Thanks.

I only started using the app, the free version is extremely basic in what you learn. If you want to know whether there is anything more than basic presentations, you need to subscribe to the Pro version. It is not a lot of money, but it really doesn't give you a clue of what you will pay for. No way to find out until you pay. The option to "Try the Pro version" takes you to the payment window only, at least in Android. So there is so trial option.

For the sake of someone else who might run into the same issue, After a few seconds of trouble shooting, I found that I wasn't signed in sorry. Se below for issue. I started to use the app and decided that it was worth it to pay the pro to access the rest of of the courses. The next day I go on and it shows that my learning progress was nonexistent and is asking me to upgrade to pro version even though I already payed that. Can someone please tell me what happened or return my funds. Thank you.

While I was using my old phone I took the pro version and paid for it. Now I changed my phone and I tried to login with the same mail id and it is asking to take pro version again even if i have logged out of old phone and uninstalled the app. Still same issue. I wrote the email but I am not getting any response. Like what the f***. It's really irritating. Please don't do this with anyone
