The app crashes when I try to check out an item by scanning the library barcode. The app crashes when when I tap "open camera". One solution is to open the phone camera first, then open the library app to scan the barcode. The app doesn't crash as much but, it is too unreliable. It definitely crashes much more than half the time. Too bad. It's such a good idea. It's a failure. Note: I use the default Google Camera on my Android phone. This should work. 😕

Used to use this app daily it to listen to my audiobooks. But for whatever reason the last several weeks I keep getting errors and it tells me that the format is not supported. I haven't gotten a new phone and nothing has changed on my end. Not sure if this is a bug issue or something else but it would be really nice if it could be fixed so I can go back to enjoying the app

The main purpose of a library ought to be to provide access to materials. Therefore, the newsletter sent by the library should include a link to the latest purchases/additions by the library in books (physical and ebooks), movies (physical and streaming), and documentaries. Unfortunately, with the newest catalog/website version, you can only see the new books--after digging around.

I love this app. It helps so much with keeping track on the movie and books that is due and when they come in. I only wish there was a button that I can used to take an item off hold. if i don't want them anymore but other then that its a great app to have!

This app primarily directs you to several other apps in order to accomplish anything. Also only applies to Cuyahoga county when I can use my library card anywhere in ohio. I was unable to find, stream, download or watch anything I was looking for and sent places like kanapy & hoopla for more of the same. U am uninstalling this.

I can no longer send ebooks to my kindle/kindle app, which is the primary way that I use my library and this app. It was working perfectly prior to the library updating its system and now it will only allow me to read on the web or download an actual app of the book.

Had to reset my pin. Now I can't log into the App (Unauthorized/Something Went Wrong error) however, I am able to log into the website with the same credentials. Please fix this App, it is ridiculous.

The original app was so much better. Even managing items checked out or on hold can be confusing. Really annoying.
