Tap and Get It DOESNT WORK! where do I tap? How do I get it? Also, I have tried to purchase unlimited data many times and it will not let me. AND many times I've had to top up multiple times in one week because it starts eating my Money when I run out of data. I Would like to be notified when my data runs out so I can turn it off or buy another bundle instead of losing my money. I top up a large amount so I can buy the data bundle , but when I run out of data (unknowingly) it starts deducting money from my account and then I have to top up AGAIN and waste more money trying to buy data. Also, it will use my minutes and texts if I run out of data and keep using data. Very very very scammy and scheming. I'm so angry at this app. Easy to top and has some good bundles on offer.

I keep getting texts about tap and get it, but there is no such option in the app. Also, if you top up an amount, it does not correspond with the amount updated in the balance. There is also no bundle that allows unlimited data outside of the summer season. Very frustrating app. After contacting the Facebook group Free2go on Messenger, they advised to swipe twice from left to right to get to tap and get it. 🙄

Today, when I top up my account before the expiration of the previous deal, the app automatically chose and activated a package on my account that left my remaining balance to .01 cents. I topped up because there was an offer of free 1.5G and 1000' calls if I top up. But when I topped up the app, the app automatically loaded the freebies and a package of 13euros. I supposed to consume first the freebies before I activate some combo package, but the app did its own.

If you don't take into account the fact that when you don't have any credit left you can't actually add credit, which is the exact oposite of what the app is supposed to accomplish, it's been easy to use. But, suddenly the app wouldn''t log in, so, I deleted it and tried to re-install it, but it just doesn't get downloaded for some unknown reason. I don't know what happened, but i am very displeased.

Dear Wind, I have a problem with the app doesn't support Android 6. The problem is the update amount with paypal, doesn't working "stuck". if i try with credit card and doesn't working " the service is not available", I try to 3 devices with Android 6 but doesn't work. I contact 5 times with 13800 but no solve the problem. I will send email with screenshots.I try to clear data cashe memory and restart my phone reinstall app but nothing.I sent with fb but the problem could not solved. Not working

I think its the best and most convenient application of all. It's fast, easy to use and most of all it's stable. I use it all the time to check my activated bundles and remaining credits. Finally I have forgotten if there is another way of topping up! I always use the application which i pay via paypal and i never had any problem. Keep it up!

Been trying to change a magic number for a year but app will not allow me to. Cannot access mobile data even if you have purchased it unless you have a credit balance. Will not accept none Greek cards for topping up balance. Not really good in any sense.
