Booked a bus using this app for the very first time, the seat number that was booked was changed immediately after the confirmation and payment was done. Looks like the software is biased. Wish they work on it.

Sorry but I wish I could give 0 stars but this has been a stressful experience for me. Cancelling the booking in last moment is very stressful for passengers and worst part is that Abhibus is not even aware of the cancelation made by their bus partners. Asking customers to send email with screenshot of cancellation messages is very bad. Have to go through a lengthy process for refund. I deeply regret booking through Abhibus for 3rd time Inspite of previous bad experiences.

Abhi Bus offers terrible service with a completely fraudulent cancellation policy. They promise refunds, but when it's time for cancellation, they refuse to refund even after charging a cancellation fee. Additionally, their drivers are always late. I strongly recommend avoiding this app and never booking a bus through them.

Very bad experience in that , in all applications option for cancellation but here agent said no any option for cancellation, don't go through this application and bus , I not saw that type of dirty service and dirty buses....and time management is very lazy ..

Used abhibus for about 3 bookings. The booking was done hassle free and got decent discount by applying coupon code. It shows the ratings of the bus aggregator which makes it even more easier to chose from the best of best service for your travel. Definitely will recommend to use Abhibus for a great travel experience.
