myGHL has moved!
The transition to the new myGHL server is now complete. After a year of arrangements, the old myGHL infrastructure will now be shut down. Most myGHL users do not need to do anything as their GHL devices already work with the new infrastructure. However, if your device is not YET running the supported (Wi-Fi) firmware versions, you must update to continue using myGHL. Awful customer service, dashboard crashed over a month ago. Ive sent multiple emails someone responded to the first with basic solutions to which I completed and also asked for the crash report. So i sent it 3 different times. Also asking for more options because nothing worked. I have never heard from them since. I have no access to my doser and no solution to fix it as well as no response. I hope that people do some research on ghl before buying this purchase is the biggest mistake I made.

GHL could really be the best aquarium hardware manufacturer there is. Unfortunately due to things like push notifications which still do not work and took them 2 years to release, not displaying ph value like alkatronic does and inability to return waste water back to display is making there offering of hardware not so appealing for me personally. Interestgly all the issues that I mentioned can be swiftly resolved with decent coders in house. They could kill the market with few tweaks.

GHL listens to feedback. The app is easy to work through. I used to have connection issues with just my dosers, but those ceased when I added the Profilux to my ecosystem. Looking forward to push notifications.

Hopeless and frustrating. App wifi connects to doser only once in every 20 attempts or so and looses connection when trying to save changes.

Nothing but connection issues. I have to keep uninstalling the app then reinstalling it to get it to work. Will not connect to wifi. Horrible system!!!

Been using this app with my doser for couple of years.. Always worked great but today, it is painfully slow and takes long time to connect. No idea if it's the app or my doser... 🤔

Push notifications need to have been implemented years ago. Still not available as the app version required isn't even released when GHL said it was available last year
