Worst App ever!! never remembers my log in details no matter how many times you click the box to remember them, I always have to log in twice, once to the app and then into my Asda account. Whener I go to pay my bill it tells me something went wrong, to contact support, I don't want to do that every month! my DD stopped for some reason, which means I now have to do this 'every month!'. Very poor app for this day and age, does anyone test it? surely you can do better Asda!? Can't wait to leave!

Totally useless app! you have to wait until monthly bill to see your calls, text and data usage totals. The bill not aligned to contract month, out by 2 weeks. Does not save your information, user id or password, no biometric login option. Seriously do not see a use for this one and nothing being done to improve it. Rewards app is way better.

I was using ASDA mobile app for 3 years already and I was satisfied with it, however the last time I updated, with this new login feature I has these issues: - Looks a nightmare to login properly after a lot of attempts. - Adding or changing a card payment, with some problems on the backend, with an alert to try later. - Not able to top up. - Also editing card function such roaming is getting some issues and stopped working properly. Please, test the app and make it more user friendly.

Every month it fails to take payment and I can never log in to the app or website when it fails to take payment. I keep having to call and I keep being told that it won't happen again....yet it's happened again. It happened again yesterday (Saturday) and now have no working phone when I leave the house as Asda mobile doesn't work weekends. I'm starting to regret moving to this network. It's too unreliable for me!

The app is totally useless, I can't see my monthly contract, I can't pay my bill, I can't see my data info, can't do anything with it. My contract didn't renew itself and I couldn't pay the bill because the app isn't working and now I can't use my phone so I have to call the customer service again to fix the issue just like the last month. It's exhausting really, please fix the app.

The app has not worked since last month correctly now not able to see your monthly details when you log in it just says contact support to where they say the app is not working for some. It works fine still on my mums phone after couple of years as it was on my Samsung phone but still now as of now

This App has gotten progressively worse for Asda long time users, used to be able to see my bundle, when it expired and data used, now it just constantly says activation needed. After speaking to an advisor it seems this is now common place and you have to use the browser for any of that info. Uninstalled now. Useless

Absolutely rubbish. I'm a new customer and ended up calling customer service to help with log in. Sorted at the time but once signed out and tried to log back in all the information ie usage,etc had disappeared. My other network provider's app was far better.
