Azire provides a fantastic VPN service. The mobile app is pretty basic in functionality which is fine; there is no reason for it to be complicated anyway. It does exactly what you expect a VPN to do, and does its job well. It's affordable (€12 for 3mo), it utilizes the modern and superior Wireguard protocol, and if that's not enough, it even filters IPv6 and IPv4 traffic simultaneously and by default. Wireguard is finally fairly common, but IPv6 is practically ignored by most providers.

I've been using AzireVPN for many years now, as I was looking for a reliable international VPN provider. Today, I was rebuilding some stuff and noticed they finally enabled wireguard (I have no idea how long ago, just noticed today) which is awesome. Then I noticed in passing that they had an android app. It works. It's no more or less than it has to be, and that is incredibly rare in an app these days. Congratulations and thanks, AzireVPN, for making an app that works and is not garbage!

Tested it for one month on 3 devices, sofar i didnt notice any lags or crashes (unlike some other VPN apps i tested). Connection is fast. It really deserves a better overall rating. Maybe it becomes more popular with builtin google pay option, i know its most safe to use bitcoin or monero but most people dont know how to do.

"Wrong Password" Bug, even though I've reset my password numerous times and STILL get an error when logging into the app that my password is wrong...The password is correct. I've reset it JUST to be sure a couple different times and never works.

Very simple app, might be too simple for some, but for me it's totally fine for a mobile app. Sadly the ping is only "okay-ish" and the speeds are a little meh

Took away a functioning app and replaced it with a beta version, with key functionality missing. Why not keep a beta app as beta until it is actually ready to replace the original.

Good speeds and ping. But no way to access local lan devices and theirs no kill switch or port forwarding. This was for PC version but I believe Android is the same.

It works okay, but out of all the countries you can choose from only 2 or 3 actually pass traffic - the rest simply hang forever. Update: no longer works in UAE
