Over three months have gone by and I have contacted them multiple times but they still are charging me App needs work. Once you start a hunt it is hard to navigate of you change apps. I also signed up for the free trial, emailed their support to cancel it, chatted twice and have called them and I still have been charged.

The app works fine. Unfortunately the hunt itself is flawed. The one we went one claimed it was of downtown Santa Barbara. It was actually UCSB. Two of the locations weren't at the spot indicated on the map at all.

It was an option to pause the game, but when we came back to play, it told us our time was up. It also was not necessary to pay for more than one person.

The only scavenger hunt I did was riddled with continuity errors, making us choose weird paths and ultimately making it a pretty ordinary experience. To add to that, the app makes it so incredibly difficult (perhaps impossible) to cancel the subscription and they do not even remind you that you have an active subscription to a service that you aren't using. This is deeply annoying and disappointing

Maybe some of the hunts are fun but the one in Chicago we did was super underwhelming. Also we made the mistake of paying for each player since they made it sound like that would somehow add more content. If you do this, only have one person pay and work together. Multiple phones was actually a nightmare because one person could enter an answer before the rest of the team even got to the location and see the question.

The scavenger hunts are fun. I learned a lot about my city, and the questions/clues were easy to follow. Connectivity was an issue, since the app wanted to start from the beginning every time I locked my phone and I would have to click back through the startup screens. The bar hunts are a complete disaster. The capture button for video didn't work for any of the challenges, and it required me to complete a set number of tasks before allowing me to move on, so I could never move past stage one.

Poor App experience. Great in theory and sounds fun, but many functions in the app do not work, including contacting support. The event is listed as 1.1 mile then you start it and it says 2.5 mile. First one we did, didn't include distance back to car, walked 4.6 miles, need to know that going in and theres no reason this information cant be accurate and available.

The app itself is mostly fine but the hunt was rubbish!! We did this as a work team event and was told the hunt would take about 90 minutes - we were all finished in well under an hour!!! The questions were easy, the distance covered was small, and some of the challenges just didn't seem to be well though out. I mean, take a photo of a dog seems easy but not if you're in Sydney's CBD!!! Certainly won't be recommending this for any team event. As for the survey afterwards, totally US based and only seemed to care about the app rather than whether I enjoyed the hunt itself. DON'T USE IT; especially in Australia!!!
