The app is pretty good, has almost all the features one could hope for. But the new rate increase is a loot. Those who bought Evs calculating rates with previous charging cost would be left in the dark. Kseb even removed the fixed charge for them. I am not saying you can't increase cost, but when you raise cost by almost 100 percent you are liable to give a proper justification to customer.If rates were increased by 20-25 percent for the non solar hours, then it was understandable.

This app has truly simplified my EV charging experience! Major Problem is only KSEB specific charging has life time validity which many a customers don't know. This is the only app where you loose money through validity. .Some KSEB fast charging stations will be showing under maintenance in chargemode especially if there is private one available nearby but will be working at KEMAAP of KSEB. Good thing you can charge and disconnect with call to customer care

Good app. One bad thing with this app is that, ita not able to carry forward the remaining energy if one couldn't use the full energy of a subscription before it expires.

Very good user interface and policy of not to keep minimum balance... Improve accuracy of available station as one of the charging station was not working when we arrived 😕
