- ビジュアルボイスメールを使用して、メッセージを残した人を確認したり、メッセージを転送したり、タップして折り返し電話したりできます。
- 写真、電子メールの添付ファイル、Dropbox や Google Drive などのクラウドストレージにアクセスして FAX を送受信します。

Customer service is decent, some talk too fast and others are kinda slow but they do their best to find the solution and are incredibly responsive! 😀 Wish the app could be transferred to my external memory as it's starting to take over my internal phone memory 😔 also tends to lag when there's poor signal or low Internet connection via WiFi, 4g or ethernet. Pretty good all round! Love the task features.

Update: uninstall, turn off phone, turn on, install and re-approve app permissions has fixed it for now. Missing phone calls as a helpdesk team. Not good when we need to be available for support. This has only been an issue since the app update. Seems to be intermittent but happening for our team. Just tested ringing and my app didn't notify me at all after sitting on line for a minute or so. Trying uninstall and reinstall.

Screen locks when I'm mid call meaning the other person can't hear me. This doesn't happen in any other phone app I've used or even Whatsapp calls. On the flip side it is one of the few phone apps that are highly sensitive during a call meaning that you have to remember to hold it an inch from your face so your ear or cheek doesn't hang the call up. If you've ever made a call on any other smartphone app you will know the technology already exists to prevent both of these issues.

Works really well and is very simple to use. Lots of features that you can change from the app. Just make sure your WiFi speed is good / mobile network has a good speed when you are making calls through the app. Also not recommended to tether your mobile to your laptop /.tablet etc whilst making calls through the app as it kills the quality of the call. Awesome

Can't search for contacts outside my organisation that aren't saved to my phone. What on earth is this?? Poor show BT, I can see it on desktop but not in-app?

Please think twice before using this service. The app is extremely poor and not fit for purpose. You will get multiple missed calls which when you check will show the caller was holding for over a minute without the phone ringing. This will lead to lost business. Please find another provider, that's my advice.

It's handy to have your mobile to take calls from the desk phone but it doesn't take calls when using Android Auto.

This App worked okay.. Now they have decided to try to make it an integrated tool (like MS Teams) and have buried the phone features under layers of menus for things that no-one is interested in. No one will use these team features.. I dispair.. Update July 2021.. this app goes from.bad to worse with advertised features that just don't work.. BT Cloud phone is a brilliant product with excellent support let down by a rubbish app.
